(Note. Most route maps are produced by editing tracks derived from GPS and are approximate and indicative only. Always take care to verify the safety of any route for yourself on the day. Also some of the routes use short sections of footpaths; you should always proceed slowly on footpaths where pedestrians may be present. Some paths may be on loose surfaces, where bikes may need to be walked after wet weather, or avoided altogether.)
